A Collection of Conversation Frameworks grounded in the National Board Standards, 5 Core Propositions, and Architecture of Accomplished Teaching.
The Professional Learning Conversation Frameworks were developed to embed the body of knowledge of accomplished practice in accessible professional learning opportunities for teachers across the continuum. The 54 conversations, which make up the PLC Frameworks, are organized around the 5 Core Propositions with at least 10 conversations targeting each core prop. The individual frameworks are structured to be flexible, as one 60 minute or two 30 minute conversations depending on the context and style of the PLC. Many conversations also have extension activities to further the learning.
